Cancel Items and Orders

Canceling an order indicates that you are halting order processing. For example, if a customer requests a cancellation or we suspect the order is fraudulent, then we can cancel the order to help prevent staff or fulfillment services from continuing work on the order. 

You can cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet by sending an email to support@paradsis.com

After submitting the cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation message

You will receive an email that you can't cancel. We may have already shipped the order you want to cancel.
